Union County Humane Society, June 2017

During the first week of the month, I donate supplies to the Union County Humane Society. For the month of June, I donated toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap. I spoke to shelter volunteers and organizers to find out what the shelter was still in desperate need of and the items included: trash bags (13 & 33 gallon size), cat litter, and more paper towels! See the complete list of most needed items below:

  • Dog Food (In an effort to feed a consistent diet to our animals, we've partnered with FROMM and proudly feed FROMM CLASSIC - it also comes in UCHS Purple Bags!! We still gladly accept all food donations and request that meat be one of the first ingredients if possible)
  • Isopropyl Alcohol
  • Cat Food (Purina Pro Plan Adult, Purina Pro Plan Kitten Canned/Dry)
  • Dish Soap
  • Stamps
  • Batteries (AAA and 9 Volt) for microchip scanners
  • Glass Cleaner
  • Giftcards to JB's Pet Corral, Wal-Mart, Tractor Supply, or Jack's Pets

If you would like to contribute to the supplies I personally deliver each month, I would be more than happy to pick them up and deliver them to the shelter for you! Or if you or someone you know would like to contribute please click here: Give to UCHS

All donations are appreciated and are a tremendous help to the generous volunteers and caregivers that care for our furry friends as they patiently wait for a forever home!
